SylviaWELCH(nee Bowden) Passed peacefully away on February 3rd at Southend Hospital. Loving wife of Ken, treasured mother of Emma, Paul and Sarah, devoted grandma to Samuel and Jack, daughter of Vera and the late Reg, sister of Jennifer and Peter, Peter and Helen. Will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
